Tiffany Johnson, TV Host/Reporter, always told her parents growing up, "If I could travel the world to make everyone realize how special they are, I'd know I made it." Being the product of a bi-racial marriage, an immigrant mother and a small town Tiffany knows both the importance and beauty of the diverse stories of overcoming and success.
From a young age, Tiffany’s parents instilled in her to turn all ‘test into testimonies’. Tiffany witnessed her parents’ business transform from a small CPR company start-up, into a regionally accredited higher education institution that came to life the same year of her Miraculous birth. Tiffany quickly realized no voice or story is too small and started developing her platform at the young age of 15. Tiffany joined the Junior City Council of Lancaster, CA, and proposed the importance of arts and athletics in education. She continued on to develop her non-profit organization, Together In Faith and Family (T.I.F.F.) for underprivileged athletes which started off as an annual Christmas toy drive and has now grown into a multi-partnered organization with Stuff-A-Bus, CHP, Wal-Mart, Herbalife, Jamba Juice, Hawai'i Speed and Quickness, Ziaire Williams and Best Buddies to put on sports camps/clinics, mental health seminars, and female-athlete directed nutritional programs. Tiffany’s philanthropic work allowed her to receive multiple recognitions and scholarships, including the Barack Obama Presidential Service Award, which led her to her collegiate career at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa.
Tiffany was able to continue to express her love for dance by quickly becoming the captain of the University of Hawai’i Dance Team while working at a local dance studio instructing young dancers with special needs. During Tiffany’s undergraduate journey she was diagnosed with endometriosis and decided to take a holistic approach to healing. This overcoming encouraged her to complete her Pre-Med Bachelor of Science(2020) and is now receiving her Masters of Science in Nutrition to combine with her cosmetology license in hopes of helping fellow women with hormonal imbalances “heal themselves from the inside-out”.
Tiffany’s professional dance career began unplanned as she showed up to a NBA Clippers Spirit Dancer audition “for fun” the summer before her undergraduate senior year. As she continued to make cut after cut, she realized this “fun” moment will soon become her reality. Tiffany joined Clippers Spirit 2018 while simultaneously completing her undergraduate degree, from the University of Hawaii. Tiffany ran with this abrupt move to Los Angeles and within the next few years danced for multiple artists including Big Sean and Taylor Dane, modeled for companies like Makeup Forever HD and SHIEN, and acted on B.E.T. and Lifetime Movie Network.
In 2022 Tiffany took another leap of faith and competed for the title of Miss California USA against 72 fellow women where her authenticity shined through winning her the crown. Tiffany went on to place top 15 at Miss USA 2023. This accomplishment allowed her to show off not only her heart for the sports community but also her communication skills. With a quick turn around, Tiffany shadowed the hosts and reporters of the NFL Network in studio and traveled for both the Polynesian Bowl and HBCU Legacy Bowl. She is now the Host, Creative Director and Producer of a Lifestyle News show, “Tiff On The Town” with the City of Lancaster, News Reporter for southern California local news station, In-Arena Host for the #1 team of Major League Rugby—San Diego Legion, and a freelance host for Los Angeles Clippers, Miss USA Pageants, Various Women’s Panels and much more.
Tiffany continues to show her passion for the arts by choreographing and producing sets for live shows, teaching dance masterclasses throughout the nation and modeling for clothing and makeup brands. She loves to travel and embrace new cultures through the taste of delicious foods and finds any excuse to spend free time pouring into the next generation of women by reminding them beauty is found within character; not vanity.
